Gift certificates must be redeemed within 1 year of the date of signing up for the Lisa Damico Portraits mailing list.
Gift certificates are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase gift certificates.
Gift certificates cannot be used or redeemed towards previous purchases.
Gift certificate may be used toward the prints or products purchased after the session, but not towards the session fee.
May only be used toward full portrait sessions. May not be used toward mini-sessions.
Any attempt to obtain more than one gift certificate by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, or any other methods, will void additional gift certificates.
Gift certificates are only good for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable with cash or another gift certificate and will be automatically forfeited.
Gift certificate redeemers are expected to sign and abide by all the terms listed in the standard contract that is required with all Lisa Damico Portrait sessions.
In the event of any dispute, the decision of Lisa Damico Portraits is final.
Lisa Damico Portraits reserves the right to change any terms contained in the Terms and Conditions at anytime and without prior notice.
